Juan Reyna is the president and master electrician for J.S.M. Elite Electric, Inc. and has over 20 years experience doing electrical work for new construction, renovations, and service Work. Juan started J.S.M. Elite Electric in 2012 and named it J.S.M. after his childrens first names.

Prior to starting his own company, Juan worked for IES Commercial & Industrial from 2008 to 2013 completing such projects as the Embassy Suites in downtown San Antonio with a 100% satisfaction rating. He also worked on the Drury Inn on Highway 281N and the one on I-10W. Before IES, Juan worked for Tim Smoot Electric from 2003 to 2008 and Bexar Electric from 1999 to 2003.

Juan has a business and kinesiology degree from Texas A&M San Antonio. He is a member of the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) association established in 1957. IEC is the nation's premier trade association representing America's independent electrical and systems contractors. Juan is also a proud member of the Minority & Women Business Owners (MWBE) association.

Juan prides himself on his strong communication skills, solid work ethic, and superior customer service. When he is not working, Juan enjoys spending time with his family and going to his son's basketball games.

Raul Benitez has been the Office Supervisor for JSM Elite Electric since 2017. He Supervises day by day activity in the workplace and regulates all action with our staff. He oversees precise details with our on-going projects and keeps in contact with everyone during our development, so things run easily for the company.

Raul is a Husband and a dad of three astounding kids and in his available time he cherishes playing and investing time with them. He also likes to play Soccer and is a big fan of the Barcelona soccer Team from Spain. Raul is a great individual to have on our team And With him as the Office Supervisor there is no mistake that JSM Elite Electric will exceed greatly and go on to become even more successful as a company.

Keren Hernandez Has worked with JSM Elite Electric since 2018 as an electrical estimator and provides costumer service to all customers, and employees. The electrical estimator is responsible of reading drawings, preparing proposals and gives the best price to the developers or general contractors. She is also the coordinator for some projects as well.

Keren makes sure that we have enough projects in the present to sustain the company and she also makes sure we will be getting more for the future. She loves what she does and it’s challenging due to the complexity of some projects and the competition has increased immensely. However, she always stay’s calm because she’s aware the company we are and the quality we provide.

Keren has a Positive attitude and is ready for anything that is thrown her way. She received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and associates in Science and graduated from Texas A&M University. On her free time, she goes to church and is a member of the choir group where she plays the violin, she also loves swimming, yoga and coffee.

Her dedication and integrity to the company has been remarkable and is clear that ever since she started to work for us, she has doubled the number of projects that the company has had.

Miguel has been working with JSM Elite Electric for 4 years now. He’s been responsible for overseeing demanding tasks, such as excavating trenches, installing underground conduit systems, pulling wire, and making connections to junction boxes. Due to his commitment and diligence, JSM has been able to comply with job specifications and local electrical codes.

Vannesa understands very well that communication is a key element for the construction industry hence on a daily basis she relays any necessary and vital information in a timely manner to our clients.

Also, she oversees the management of the electrical inspections, and safety protocols in the jobsite.

Juan is licensed journeyman electrician with more than 22 years of experience. Over the years, he has repaired several electrical issues and dealt with different types of services calls. Given his knowledge in the NEC and expertise, Juan Pena is able oversee our projects and solve any electrical situation that he might be presented with, adding value to the company.

Antonio has been part of JSM Elite Electric since 2019. Throughout his time in the company, He has been responsible to coordinate operations for different projects between San Antonio and Austin Area. Also, he is the one relaying the general contractor’s in-field duties to our electrical crews.

Santiago Hernandez is responsible for collecting supporting documents such as waivers, invoices, and any other necessary document to submit monthly payment applications. He is responsible for submitting payments to the vendors and suppliers in a timely manner, as well.

Fernando is the regional supervisor for our projects located in Austin. He is in charge to organize and direct JSM Elite Electric`s crews so every single project can run smoothly from start to finish in a timely fashion. Fernando has been an asset for the company since 2019.
